MS Sula was built in 1967 at the yard Georg Eides Sønner AS, Høylandsbygd, Norway. She is 28 meter long with a draft of 3,2 meter. She was operated for many years as workboat for the Norwegian State Kystverket to do repair and control on all navigational aids along the Norwegian coast.

MS Sula have 10 cabins, all with two beds, 6 cabins with 12 beds for passengers. There are three toilets and two showers onboard, separated in four rooms which are for everyone onboard. Sula is equipped with a wardroom were you can dry your equipment. On the outside deck we also have ha hot tube.
